Xp is gained mostly via manhunting (well for me that is)
I used the full two hours Manhunting everyday. (best source for Gold and XP so far) I think i also got 1 XP for my Nightshift at the Graveyard.

yeah Muenster is a lovely place to live in.
The new Shapping Mall "Münster Arcaden" is nice imo. It gets some more "Big City flair" without dominating the city. I think it fits well at the place it is.
